Current version · applies with the General Terms including annexes and the EULA.

All prices in EUR, net plus statutory VAT (§ 19 (1) of the Terms). The billing month is the calendar month; billing is monthly in arrears (§ 19 (2)). Deployed = used = billed — no proration (§ 19b (2)). This page always shows the current price list.

The monthly tenant price is the chosen support package (Best Effort, Basic or Enterprise, selected at order) — no additional base fee. Test tenants (30 days) are free and carry no support claim (§ 18).

Payment at your choice: monthly or full term upfront — same price (§ 19 (3)). Commitment prices are fixed for the whole term (§ 19a (2)). Usage above the committed volume is billed monthly in arrears at PAYG list prices (§ 19a (3)).

Changes to PAYG list prices are announced at least two months in advance in text form (§ 19 (7)). Hardware is ordered via an offer with digital signature; prices are shown in the hardware area. The CanMe General Terms including annexes and the EULA apply.
